An abandoned psychiatric hospital looms dark and foreboding on the horizon. In to it pass six individuals who are about to discover its terrifying secrets and come face to face with its blackest horrors.

Sleaze photographer Roger Neale, his assistant Maura, property agent Sam Rogan, and three beautiful models take up residence in the derelict old building – an ideal location for Neale’s photographic “study in terror.” The hospital was financed by a depraved industrialist who built a hidden vault under the basement.  There he tortured and murdered hundreds of patients, and their spirits reportedly haunt the facility’s winding corridors. Neale himself is a sadist and takes great pleasure in the psychological and physical abuse inflicted upon the young women: concealed video cameras record their most intimate movements, fears are exploited, and they are chained to their beds at night. But soon the hospital lets loose its horrors, and gruesome spectres begin to manifest themselves in every corner. Their fright at the breaking point, Neale discovers a secret passageway…a portal into a supernatural world where pain, torture and bloodthirsty evil await mortal flesh.
