What's New to The Site?

A uniquely terrifying horror-thriller from the producer of Street Trash and Document of the Dead.
Film composer Carrie Bonner moves into a secluded house in the woods with her newlywed husband.  But bliss turns to suspicion and paranoia following encounters with a shotgun-toting neighbor and a dangerous intruder.  Determined, Carrie pursues the violent mystery surrounding her new home – a home that may be host to sinister supernatural forces.

Directed by Brian O'Hara
Hilarious, tasteless and chock-full of gratuitous violence, Rock n Roll Frankenstein is a “a cult item for movie-goers in search of politically incorrect, mind-warping laughs.”-- Fangoria

After music agent Bernie Stein loses his last act, he decides the only way to a better life is through the grave…the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame graveyard, that is.  Together with a burned out roadie and a mad scientist, the motley crew set out to build the perfect Rock n Roll Superstar from the remains of dead rockers. Newly remastered from the 35mm film elements!

This indie shocker is well-worth a look! Stars Tina Krause and Niki Notarile
Something unholy is stalking the guests of The Pleasure Mountain Adult Retreat. Local legend states that 40 years ago, serial rapist and murderer Felix Gallo hung himself at an abandoned campground in these woods.  When a virgin of mystic Japanese descent is brought to the retreat to “loosen up”, the sex demon may have finally met its match. Or is it all part of the monsters sinister plan?

Originally released in 2005, William Hellfire's indie film is “... darkly European, with a heavy side of Polanski's REPULSION...” - B-independent.com
Christine (Ruby Larocca) is a hip, pretentious young woman, who exploits, tortures and sexually blackmails her roommate Karen (Zoe Moonshine).  The two girls topple into an endless pit of degradation, humiliation and brain bending anxiety as Christine's friends start having their insides pulled out.

Without question, the most notorious and raw independent films ever made were shot for the famous Avon 7 theatre run by Phil Prince in the early 1980s. The Avon releases - all jam-packed with eye-popping extras. Only a select few film makers passed through the grimy gates of the infamous Avon 7 movie theater in NYC. This theater had its own in-house production department and hired our such movie makers as as Carter Stevens, Phil Prince and Shaun Costello. Now, After Hours Cinema - utilizing source materials recovered from the Avon 7 all those years ago -  is proud to present the entire Stevens / Avon output in one defining collection! Plus, with an original interview and commentaries featuring Stevens himself, this triple-feature is amazing! Remastered from the original Avon 7 16mm film elements!
